KJR Apartment

KJR Apartment project designed with four house on each floor, each unit having two bedrooms. The main challenge was ensuring proper lighting and ventilation. Living, dining, kitchen, and bedrooms face the outer edges for natural light, while open-to-sky ventilation is provided for core area restrooms, ensuring a healthy and comfortable living environment.
